Responsive text in a wrapper

Hi, I'm wondering if you can help me. My Squarespace site is still private, but here's the url so you can view: https://koala-point-zbsp.squarespace.com/

The section in question is "Signs Your Site is Underfed". The issue is on the rollover text that comes up over the icons in the blue box. On desktop it is a good size. But when you start to resize window, at some point it flows beyond the blue box. And worst of all,  in the Mobile it's very small, hard to read.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
