How to hide page title & share button?

Hello, I use the Flatiron template and I added the below css to add some margin on both sides of the content. The page heading and share button do not align to the content on mobile (screenshot reference attached). I figured I could just add the page title and page description in a text box, omitting the left side with the page title and description all together. Is there css to hide the page heading and share button?
