Navigation Padding

Hi everyone! I am new to square space and I just published my blog. I am wondering if there is a way to reduce the padding of the space between my navigation bar and the start of my content? I had spoken with a representative but he let me know that there was not a way to reduce the space between the navigation bar and the start of my content without reducing the size of my logo. Are their any codes available to help with this? Thanks so much
