How to add in background colour blocks to 4 columns of text - no coding

I am building a website for a client and on one of the pages, would like to separate 4 columns of bulleted text which represent lists of services, by adding a colour block background to each column. How would I do this - simply! - without having to do it through coding? I have been able to add background colour to the whole section but that doesn't define it well enough. Thank you.

Just add 4 text blocks, then share url. We will give the code to add background color.
