Circular button with image and sfx

Hello - I wonder if anyone can help or whether this is even possible.

I'd like to create a circular button (360) onto which I can put an image - and also a sound effect when it's pressed.

I'm quite a novice to this - so far I've managed to create a pill-shaped button which is OK, but not ideal.  Any thoughts very gratefully received.
