You could do this by using code blocks with some HTML in them that will allow you to target specific spots within the page.

You then create Links in the Main Navigation to target those specific spots in the page.

Take a look at the pics. Hopefully they will give an idea of how to set things up. The section-2 and section-3 text can be changed to whatever you want or makes sense to you. As long as you make a matching Main Navigation Link that matches the text of the spots you want to target.

Notice also that the Home Page is in the NOT LINKED area.
