Hubspot Forms on Squarespace

What is the best way to generate a Hubspot cookie or activate the Hubspot Tracking API on a Squarespace website?

At the moment we're using Squarespace forms and pushing data to hubspot via Zapier but this doesn't activate the hubspot tracking API. Any ideas?
