Podcast not updating on podcast sites despite RSS feed updating

I recently started a podcast hosted on my Squarespace site at http://funtimeprogram.com. I have a blog set up at http://funtimeprogram.com/episodes and have used the RSS feed at http://funtimeprogram.com/episodes?format=rss

I added the podcast to Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, Podcast Addict, etc and the first episode got added perfectly, but our second episode hasn’t updated on any of the podcast sites and was published on August 9th so should have gone out to the podcast apps by now. 
 

Is there anything that I need to do to get these podcast apps to update with the latest episode? When I view the RSS feed directly it includes both the first and second episode so that seems to be working correctly. 

I’m having the same issue! Did you ever resolve?
