morris215 Posted August 17, 2020 Share Posted August 17, 2020 I have a user who has now used a free shipping code on two orders (separately) even though I have the box checked in the discount code as "limit once per email address". Am I missing something? I feel like this shouldn't be allowed. I don't want to necessarily cancel the order over a shipping charge but I also don't want it to keep happening. If you've checked the "Limit One Per Customer" option, the discount should only be usable once per email address. Bear in mind that a customer can easily workaround this limitation by using a second email address. However, if a customer successfully applied the discount when using the same email address then I recommend that you contact Squarespace Customer Care directly so they can investigate.
