Discount code used more than once per email

I have a user who has now used a free shipping code on two orders (separately) even though I have the box checked in the discount code as "limit once per email address".    Am I missing something?  I feel like this shouldn't be allowed.  I don't want to necessarily cancel the order over a shipping charge but I also don't want it to keep happening. I've never had this happen before.

If you've checked the "Limit One Per Customer" option, the discount should only be usable once per email address. Bear in mind that a customer can easily workaround this limitation by using a second email address.

However, if a customer successfully applied the discount when using the same email address then I recommend that you contact Squarespace Customer Care directly so they can investigate.
