Stylising contact blocks for light and dark theme

I am trying to stylise the contact form on my webpage. I have managed to do this for the white section but i need an inverted version for the dark theme. I also would like the font for the form to be Averta but this doesnt seem to be picking it up.

Add to Page Settings > Advanced > Header

Is there a way of fixing the line styling for the sections?
