Tresoire template checkout issue with shipping cost display

Hi all,

I am using the Tresiore template. I have done a couple of order trials with different products and both times a shipping cost appears in the initial order summary panel, before the  customer enters their address, please see below screenshot. 

I have 6 different shipping rates set up depending on product weight and destination and the order summary panel shows  2nd most expensive one as a default. I am concerned this might deter customers from proceeding with the purchase. I would like the shipping cost to only appear once the customer has entered their address, is this possible? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

I worked out how to chnage the default country for shipping but please can anyone advise if possible for shipping cost to only appear once the delivery address is entered?
