Repositioning text box Tresoire template

Hi,

I am using the Tresiore temple for my website and am having trouble moving the text box which came with one of the pages. I would like to move it to be in line with the upper blue line, see below screenshot but I can't  click and drag it. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
