How to add your location to Scheduling confirmation emails?

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I need to add the client's business location to Scheduling for her customers' confirmation emails. I've updated the location in Availability > Calendars > Calendar Settings > Location.

When I preview the confirmation email, it still shows "call in info or location." Is this going to display the location I put into the calendar settings, or is there anything else I need to do?

Thanks!

I sync with google calendar with my meeting scheduling page. I want the confirmation email sent to clients to come from my business email and not a Gmail account, any help?

Hi guys, so I hope this help some of you:

I use  Scheduling  and I found a way to include customized locations based on service needs; either a Zoom link or a local address, AND simply by using a form, and this is how:

When you create a services (Appointment type), I link it to an "Intake Form Questions" which is a simple customizable form. I have diff forms for diff servies. You can include as many FIELDS as you like, but one of the FIELD option is "Address". That address is pulled into the very confirmation email as the LOCATION!

So, when a client books a service, they can enter their address or you can ask them to enter yours.

If it's an online Appointment Type and you have linked your Zoom account, the unique Zoom link will appear in that same LOCATION field in all confirmation/reminder emails 🙂

Check out the 5 screen shots!

Have a blessed day <3

Hi, this is probably too late for the original questions but I just had this issue and found this post while searching for an answer. For some reason confirmation emails going out to clients recently started including a Google Meet video meeting link instead of the physical location of my business.

Not sure why it started doing this, I don't offer any appointments via Video Link, but to turn it off I went into Scheduling > Integrations and found that all of my active appointment types were selected under a Google Meet integration. Again, not sure how it did that automatially but I unchecked all the boxes and Saved my preferences. I do have a Google Calendar sync running with Scheduling, but have had that for a few years and this is the first time this issue has come up.

Now when I go back in and check it doesn't even list Google Meet as one of my Integrations. I created a test-registration for one of my programs and the confirmation email that came is correct, it listed the physical location of my business. (Which is set under Scheduling > Availability >Calendars > Calendar Settings.) Hope this helps in case anyone else finds this thread the way I did.
