Custom Font (Nav, Buttons, Etc)

Hi all, 

Does anyone know how to change the navigation menu to a custom font? I have uploaded my custom font and used it in H1, H2, H3, H4. 

Also, I am looking to change the font on my statements under the tiles. (See attached image where the 3 times are shown, I would like my own font where it reads social media management and so on) 

And Also, when clicking to the next page (see attached image) I would like the next/previous wording in my own font also.

Is that for all 3 fonts I requested. Will I just copy and paste your code above? 

I am still on the trial account. I will be subscribing tonight hopefully. Will the trial URL work?

Do you know how to change the text below the tiles? As per the attached screen grab.

There are 6 images outlining my services: (Social media management, social media advertising, social media setup and optimization, web design, graphic design, logo design) - I am looking to change the font on those exact words under each image.
