Disabling mobile view completely in 7.1

Is it possible to use some css code to disable mobile view completely? This would be fantastic as I really don't like how my website shows on mobile. It was great I could disable it in 7.0 but now I've moved to 7.1 I really need this disable option before I can go live with my new website. Any help would be appreciated!

Disable on all pages. I feel like I am describing it in detail. I'd like to disable mobile and tablet view on all devices on all pages, at all times regardless of how and when the page is viewed...

I used to solve a few cases where using CSS to resize certain elements width. However if you want this on entire site, it will be very time consuming.

@tuanphan, I am trying to do this on single page with a Memoji I added: https://pigeon-echidna-k4za.squarespace.com/ (password: chelseafc). Can you help advise the best way to achieve? I want the Memoji to stay relatively the same size in mobile as I have it in desktop. Thanks!
