Crosby Template - Styling

Hello,

I'm looking for some help with a problem we have encountered with the Crosby template.

On the home page of our website we want to change the top header image so that it is image left/copy right.

I've attached an image of what we are looking for. On mobile the left block would stack on top of the headshot and the gold icon would disappear.

Can anyone help with this?

I solved this for some members

The way we use it is to set up the bacground image, then insert the text on the left - the spacer on the right. With the icon, you can also put it in the middle.
Then use CSS to adjust the layout as above.
