Issues with Squarespace site and Zscaler

I am experiencing an issue where many of my users inside out Zscaler protected network cannot access ANY squarespace sites. I am putting this out there to see if anyone else has experienced something the same or similar.

I had a look at the website and I have a problem on mobile with all the pictures. As you can "you" is out of the screen.
