Search not working

I have a site that is pulling in products from shopify, and I want the search results to populate with the products. The workaround I think I found is to manually add the product names as plain text on the page, and hide the section from users. The problem is, the text I've added is not pulling in results.

The example I linked shows that I have added some of the product names that are being pulled in from Shopify as text on the page. But when I search any of those names, the page does not show up in search results. But, when I type in any other word that is text on another page it does pull in - any ideas what the issue could be??
