instagram in app browser not allowing back arrow

Hopefully this is the right thread for my question. In Instagram, when link in bio is visited and the website opens in the in app browser the back and forward arrows are disabled. This is only happening with in Instagram's in app browser. Viewing my site on any mobile device there are no issues with the back/forward arrows. Not sure if something needs to be disabled with in Square Space settings or Instagram. I don't know if this issue has always been the case or if it just started to happen. Any help as to what to check out will be greatly appreciated.
