Integrating Site Search 360

Hello all, I'm currently trying to integrate a third party search engine  Site Search 360. I have it connected to a squarespace indigenous search bar. When I type and press enter it fires the Site Search 360 results AND the squarespace search results. How do I stop the squarespace results from firing?
