How to generate referral link

Hi,

I want to generate the referral link, so my client go there and buy the subscription.
Tried to signup for the affiliate account, but there is an error after login.

"Your application with Squarespace Affiliate Program is declined due to the following reason: Other - The area on media partner account is set to be auto rejected for that campaign."
