Tags on pages (not on blog posts)

Hello, is it possible to create a 'tag' system for pages and index pages? We have quite a few case studies on our website: https://www.grillo.uk.com/projects and we would like to start grouping them - e.g. Have a button to show just the projects on Roof Terraces, or just the projects in a certain Geographical area. I know this can be done on blog pages etc, but our case studies are all set up as pages or index pages. Thanks in advance! 

With 7.1 Tags and cats work with blog posts, events, and product pages only.

With 7.0 Tags and cats work with Blogs, events, products, Album tracks, Gallery images, and video blocks.

Cats and tags work  work with summary blocks which can be filtered by the cat or tag given to the summary content pull,  which matches the content for 7.0 and 7.1 as listed above.
