Image Card Spacing

I'm creating a split layout in the bedford theme and almost got it, but there's this odd spacing between the image and card itself I can't seem to get rid of. I've eliminated top and bottom padding, made the blocks full screen, but there's a gap between the image and text even though I'm using an image card.
