Change background colour behind full-image backgrounds

I'm trying to change the background colour that appears just before my full-width images load in the background of my sections. Currently the background is loading orange across the site, however, I want it to appear universally white.

You can see the orange background colour appear as I scroll up from any page. See screenshot example:
