Need some help with customizing blog title format

Hey all. I've had the theme Brine for a long time. My site is looking good and mostly the way I want it. I'm still quite new to SEO, however, and was just going over some things in my website to make them more SEO friendly. H1 titles, for instance. I didn't know this until just a few days ago, but Brine doesn't use H1 blog titles and there's no way to change that. My workaround was to hide the blog titles in the Site Styles by changing the font color to white to match the background and then just add a text box with the H1 title there. But that's a problem. If I have a particularly long title, then there's a big blank space where the invisible title is, at the top of the post. See photo below. What can I do about this?

The original titles were already in an h1 tag.

....... now I have to go buy stuff to make burgers 🤣
