Change header text size

The text is the navigation text that shows the pages on the website. I want to able to either reassign the text to use a header style (instead of paragraph 2) or increase the size of the text by another means. I couldn't find a way to change it, even with custom css. I'm not sure why this is hard to find, because the social icons just next to the text are trivial to resize. (The website is not published yet, so I've included a relevant screenshot of the  front page. The text in question is on the right Please ignore the preview stock image (: )

Your site is private. Can you setup password & share url?

No problem! The password is simply "password."

Its not set to view even with a password.

If 7.1, you change this in config with      Design- Fonts-Advanced-Site Navigation-Size. 

Whoops, forgot to hit save once I updated the settings. Now the site should be accessible.

After increasing the font, the spaces between the navs became too tight, does anyone know how to custom code them so the spaces become bieer?

What is your site url? We can check easier
