Dropdown menu not working on other pages

My dropdown menu works on the homepage, which is a guide to project galleries. When I go into a project gallery though, the menu doesn't drop down and wont guide people to another one. They would first have to go back to the homepage and then navigate to a secondary gallery.

Is there a fix for this?
