Moving action navigations in a cover page

Hi there,

I'm looking to change the action navigation on my cover page, it currently sits in the centre of the page so I'd either like it to be a dropdown hamburger menu (like the rest of the website) or if this isn't possible, just move the list to the top of the screen below the logo (although for mobile, the dropdown might be essential). 

Is it possible to inject a code for this for the cover page only?

You can use normal code for cover.

Then we can give the code to hide some elements ✌️
