iamcarolinebyrne
Hi- I'm an independent fitness instructor looking to integrate livestreaming on my website. Ideally, I'd like it to have a paywall. From what I've gathered so far, I'll probably need a developer, but I'm not sure where to look for one. Hoping someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks! Link to comment
paul2009
You'll find Squarespace Designers and Developers on the Squarespace Marketplace. That said, Squarespace doesn't have a built-in paywall or membership function yet. This means that there isn't a 100% secure way to protect private content, other than to use a shared per-page password, which is far from ideal . You can buy third party 'membership' services that offer to add 'membership/paywall' capabilities to Squarespace but, in the interests of transparency, you should know that they do not offer any real security protection for Squarespace content - they simply 'hide' it. Of course, this may be something that you are willing to accept for your video streams. If not, you may want to choose a different platform. About: Squarespace Circle Leader since 2017.
