Logo in e-mail notifcations too large

I am trying to get my logo small and aligned left on the top of all of my e-mail notifications I currently have this code:

and it looks normal in the preview but when I sent a test e-mail it is so large- photos attached as examples

How do I make it smaller?

you used 2 display: block make the code invalid.
