Markdown not working on phone

The markdown section on my FAQ page doesn't work on phones, is there anyway to get this to work?

It's working properly on my phone.

What phone do you have? My phone is an iPhone 8 and it looks like the picture attached.

I am just using the markdown from square space templates

Can you describe in detail your problem? "Markdown not working" I don't really understand the question

The markdown hides the description under the title and then when you click on the title the description comes up. I have taken a screenshot from my laptop which show how's it works.

The problem is on phones, the description is shown all the time and the markdown is not working, as I attached in the previous comments
