exporting site question

I just realized adobe has a website designer included in the suite. I'm planning on transferring my current site from squarespace to adobe portfolio. My question is; what's the most efficient way of doing so? Can i export my site and reimport it. Or can i save high res images of my pages to reupload? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
