Centring Text on Poster image

Hey guys,

I have managed to code in my hover text transition on all of my image posters,

But im struggling with something so simple!
I cant seem to align my text in the centre of my image.

I want the text to just land right in the middle of the square but it keeps shifting left aligned or right aligned.

The align button does not show in my text toolbar, and im hopeless at coding.

Please help!
