Adding Event snippet and global tag to booking widget

I use Simple Practice for my online booking and client management, I have a widget on each of my main pages that clients can set appointments.  Google Ads wants me to add an event snippet to my website to track conversions but I have no idea where to put it since I don't have a landing page after they schedule an appointment.  Any ideas where I should put this?
