Carousel arrows are missing on 7.1

Hello, 

I'd like to have a testimonials block on the homepage, which I'm building as a blog summary carousel with arrows on either side. However, I can't get the arrows to display on either desktop or mobile. Do you have any idea what might be the issue there?

SS 7.1 supports Fixed header, no need to use code. (Edit Site Header > Style > Fixed Header: Enable.

hi @bellka12 did you ever figure this out? My summary block carousel doesn't have arrows, and I see no way to turn them on or off in the settings
