Show previous and next text only

Hi there,
I'm looking for some custom code to show just the text
previous and next at the foot of my project pages. If that's not possible then just arrows.

Previously it used the project titles and they were too long. I've managed to hide this with a code injection.

Any help is most appreciated. Thanks!
 

First, remove this code

.item-pagination {
    display: none !important;
}

Next, add to Home > Design > Custom CSS

h2.item-pagination-title {
    display: none;
}
