Re-Order Categories in Shop

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to re-order categories in the various shops on my site but I'm not sure how to do it using a Custom CSS. Please can someone help?

The shops and the order of categories I would like are listed below:

Surfaces Shop:    1. All    2. Wall    3. Floor   4. Surfaces

Textiles Shop:    1. All    2. Upholstery    3. Upholstery Padding    4. Drapes    5. Soft Furnishings

Seating Shop:    1. All    2. Chairs    3. Armchairs    4. Stools    5. Sofas

Tables Shop:    1. All    2. Side Tables    3. Coffee Tables    4. Medium Tables    5. Large Tables    6. Round Tables    7. Square Tables    8. Rectangular Tables

Lighting Shop:    1. All    2. Table Lamps    3. Floors Lamps    4. Pendant Lamps

Is it possible to change the order in all of the shops to the above?
