Poster image block text customization

Hello,

I am adding poster image blocks with text and I am trying to modify where the text will appear on the image.  I have found where the center, right or left alignment but not how to make the text appear higher or lower on the image or even how to make the text on a single line.  The text configures itself almost.

Any help with be greatly appreciated :)
