Custom image layouts within template options

I was wondering if there is a template available, that allows the layout as seen in the image below without custom CSS.

That can be done using a number of templates, particularly in 7.0, the page you posted was done using a member of the Brine family. You would use image blocks and spacers on a new page, as opposed to a default layout although you could move those blocks around with some work. Captions can be set for each block, and or text blocks used also.

Looks really good. Nice use of Forte template. I am really partial to the more classic look especially for photographers. Here are two of mine made for photography exhibit.
