Use more than one gallery for Summary Content?

I'm using the Universal Filter and Lazy Summaries plugins to create a large catalogue of images with multiple filters via the Summary block.

The issue is my product count goes beyond the 250-image gallery limit, and I want a streamlined design for this page.

So I want to know if, like Lazy Summaries removes the item limit, there is a way to remove the single content source limit in Summary Blocks?
