Araina
I'm using SquareSpace as an art portfolio website and using the "List" section type for my photos so that I can place images across from a description of the title, medium, etc. However, I have the issue that an overlay color is non-optional for these images, and since they are artwork and I want them to look the same as real life, I want to remove the color overlay. Is there HTML I can insert into the custom code area that would eliminate the color overlay? I'm using version 7.1. Thanks! Link to comment

Araina
It may be more noticeable on this page towards the bottom, with artwork that has a black background and looks washed out: https://www.aleatherock.com/artwork/mixed-media Link to comment

LillianC
I am having the same problem and have added this code to the CSS and it has not worked. How can I remove the overlay that's appearing on my PNGS - the show up on hover state of the menu items? https://www.rooftopbar.co/gallery I've turn opacity to zero for every type of image overlay in the colour settings of this section, but a dark box still appears around my image. e2astudio
Pretty sure Overlay is available as a toggle on the image block design tab? Link to comment
