PetPoint Adoptable Search Iframe

Hello! I'm working on getting our animal rescue's website up and running and am running into a problem with the code block. In order to show our adoptable animals, our program, Pet Point, provide code that  will direct to the adoptable animals. I've added a code block, it's in markdown, I paste the code, and in edit mode, the adoptable animals are appearing, however, when the page is saved and live, nothing shows up. I'm am in no ways developer, so I'm not sure where the error is. Squarespace help directed me here. The code is below, and I appreciate any guidance/feedback. Thanks!
