Why should customers get a delivery email after I click "fulfilled"? Literally makes no sense. Every other platform is doing it, why isn't Squarespace?? msally Posted October 27, 2020 Share Posted October 27, 2020 This is a huge issue- we haven't launched our store yet and may not be able to now since users have to add a shipping address when the product is being picked up. Having a shipping address forces us to either be fraudulent (we are not shipping it, customers are picking up) or have to manually enter hundreds of zipcodes and their tax rate. Is this the case? Is there an import for the zipcodes atleast? Link to comment
