On 21 October 2020, Squarespace introduced a new email composer that offers more design options, including product images. Site owners can manually upgrade to the new email composer now. In the future, all sites will be converted to these newer commerce notifications (date TBD). You can read more about the new Customer email notifications in this help guide.
