I am now ready to add a subscription to the trial site. Coincidentally, I received an email today from SquareSpace offering a 20% discount on a new subscription. I clicked on the email & subsequently paid for an annual subscription. Instead of upgrading my existing trial website, SquareSpace created new (empty) website & left my trial website still needing to be upgraded. WTF. I don't want another website; I WANT (NEED) TO UPGRADE MY TRIAL WEBSITE. I have searched through the SquareSpace FAQs & "support" sites & found them to be totally useless.
