How can I invert the scroll on a single page?

I was wondering if it is possible to invert the scroll on my homepage? So basically when a user lands on my page and e.g. uses a mouse scroll wheel roll up, the pages moves up. Very similar to this page here....https://www.ambushdesign.com/collection_ss20
