Add a title above the image and adjust spacing

hello everyone,

I am trying to create a layout similar to the screenshot below( one with colored icons) and I am struggling to add a title above the image and reduce spacing between the image and text overall. If I add a new text block, it adds so much space.  A screenshot of my page is also attached ( one with two black/white icons). I would also like to move both of the icons and text a little to the center. How can I make these adjustments?
