7.1 background image won't expand to fit page

Hello,

 I currently have a full bleed background image set as my homepage - it takes up the entire page.

However, I can't get it to expand the same way in the mobile view.

Please use this snippet in Settings->Design->Custom Css

@media only screen and (max-width: 600px) {

    }
}
