Font inside the navigation bar is not scaling down

Hi All,

So I am working on business webpage and currently have this navigation bar that if you resize the window the font of the navigation bar is not scaling down. Everything is ok in my computer screen but when i try to see it from other screens or ipad the nav bar is maintaining the same font size making the text stucked underneath each other when the window width is changed.
